Bernadette's Biscotti

 

A twice-baked Italian cookie that's made by first baking a loaf, then slicing the loaf and baking the slices. The result is an intensely crunchy cookie. Biscotti are perfect for dipping into a fresh roasted mug of coffee, plunged into a foaming cup of espresso or a nice brewed cup of hot tea.

Bernadette's Biscotti come individually wrapped to preserve freshness. Available in three varieties--Almond, Almond dipped in chocolate, and Chocolate Almond dipped in white chocolate.
