In the past, it was not practical for individual retailers to roast their own coffee. ESI's Roaster changes all of that because of its unique microprocessor controlled automatic roasting cycle. Our roaster can be operated by just about anyone, with minimal training. At a capacity of three pounds per hour, it is easy to provide the finest quality coffee available for your coffee shop or restaurant.
Automatic Roasting
Simply enter the number for the degree of roast you want to achieve, and the roaster does the rest. Our roaster is a "fluidized bed" roaster in which the beans are agitated by heated air. This method provides a very even roast, free from scorching.
